"I have been a long time fan of these carnival-themed jars, and purchased the 'Rocks' ice bucket container. After some delay in receiving the item, I emailed Customer Service and asked about my order; the person who looked over my confirmation saw that for whatever reason it had been delayed/lost, so he sprung into action and had the order fulfilled and delivered 48 hours later. The jar itself is great, a good size and comparable in volume to a 'hotel' sized ice bucket, roughly 3QT. The tongs that came with it, however, are very poor quality/flimsy. Anticipate using a different set of ice tongs if that's a priority for you."
