Shipping & Delivery Info

Standard Delivery and Processing

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse via ground parcel service and arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on a combination of 1) the individual products added to your cart and 2) your shipping address. Shipping costs can be seen at the checkout page.

Alaska and Hawaii

For all Alaska and Hawaii orders, please allow seven to nine business days for delivery. We do not ship furniture to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes at this time. All orders must have a physical shipping address.

International

Please note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order. Jonathan Adler is not responsible or liable for damages during shipping. We recommend insuring your international orders. International orders are all final sale. Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.

3 Day, 2nd Day & Next Day Rush

3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Rush services are available for US orders. All 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day rush orders received by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day.

Swatches ship free of charge.

Gift Cards

The shipping charge for gift cards is $5–$8 depending on your location within the U.S.

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

Shipping for Large Lighting & Furniture

For in-stock items, delivery time to most destinations within the contiguous US is one to two weeks.
For custom items, delivery time to most destinations within the contiguous US is 12–14 weeks.

White Glove Furniture and Large Lighting Delivery

Most Jonathan Adler furniture and large lighting products are shipped via our partnered white glove delivery service providers.

Our white glove delivery service provider will schedule a delivery appointment with you once your items have arrived locally. Upon delivery, your furniture will be taken into your home and placed into a room of your choice, unpackaged, and assembled. Packaging material will be taken away to be disposed of for your convenience.*

*Excludes chandeliers and other lighting pieces that require professional assembly and installation.

Shipping Surcharge

There is a $150 shipping surcharge for white glove furniture and lighting shipments to Nantucket.

Returns

Selected merchandise may only be sent back for Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of purchase.

All artwork, bedding, furniture, lighting, custom orders, and sale merchandise are final sale.

Lighting and Furniture Returns: Every item in our lighting and furniture collections is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact us at 800-963-0891 within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15%–25% may apply. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the clients’ responsibility. Merchandise may be returned via the website (return address is below) or any of our store locations.

Returns and Exchanges Procedures

If you do not have an account go to step #3.

  1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History." Scroll down to "Create Return Request," select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create." Click the assigned RMA# to print a return slip.
  2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.
  3. Include a copy of the return slip with your package.
  4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
  5. Address the package to:

eGift Cards

  1. Gift Cards can be used at any Jonathan Adler store nationwide and at jonathanadler.com.
  2. eGift Cards have no expiration dates.
  3. Hold your Gift Cards securely and write down your Gift Card number in a safe place. Gift Cards that are lost or stolen will ONLY be replaced, up to the value remaining, with satisfactory proof of purchase AND the Gift Card number. Call 1.800.963.0891 in order to have a lost or stolen Gift Card replaced.
  4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except to the extent required by law.
  5. Gift Cards may not be used for the purchase of other Gift Cards.
  6. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.
  7. Gift Cards purchased online are delivered separately from other purchases.
  8. To obtain your Gift Card balance call toll-free 1.800.242.5353.
  9. Gift Cards will not be redeemed if the card number is invalid or cannot be identified within Jonathan Adler systems.
  10. In the event that the Gift Card system may become temporarily inoperative, you may be unable to obtain information about the balance on your Gift Card and Gift Card transactions, or use your Gift Card to pay for purchases, Please notify us if you have any problems using your Gift Card.
  11. You agree that Jonathan Adler is not responsible for any interruption of service or the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased by you with your Gift Card.
  12. Valid Photo ID issued by the state/government with the recipients full name and address along with the recipients phone number will be required
  13. eGift Cards are non-transferable.
  14. eGift Cards will only be delivered upon bank verification of purchaser's identity, address, ZIP code, phone number, and email and any other information we decide is necessary.
